Cross-Country comes out 'hot' at the Chili Pepper run in Arkansas

On October 5, both boys and girls varsity teams traveled to Arkansas for the 2019 Chili Pepper run, hosted in Arkansas.

Here are the results for the girls (out of 630 runners):
Britton Russell ran a 20:07.9 which was good enough for 54th,
Audrey Hill ran a 20:53.9 which was 125th and
Elise Hale ran a 22:12.9 which was 267th

Here are the results for the boys (out of 771 runners):
Max Wheeler ran a 16:51.6 which was 99th place,
Zachary Hall ran a 18:00.5 which was 322nd,
Cameron Barron ran 18:01.3 which was 327th,
Connor Mayfield ran 18:02.7 which was 335th,
Martin Samwel ran an 18:24.0 which was 409th,
Demitri Southerland ran 19:42 and placed 597th.
They place 48th out of 103 teams.

Both teams will compete tomorrow at the Carl Albert race.
