MIKE MORENO
Coach Moreno is in his 2nd year as the head coach of the Santa Fe softball team and will be teaching and working with the Special Education programs this year.
Before coming to Santa Fe, he previously coached nine years at Fletcher High School and served as Athletic Director for two years.
He holds a Masters of Education in Sports Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cameron University.
Coach Moreno served seven years in the United States Army, with one combat tour in Iraq in 2003.
He has the amazing support of his wife of nine years, Meagan Moreno, and is"lucky to have two wonderful grandchildren from my daughter, Chealsity Merriweather, and her husband, D'Shaun."
