My name is Mike Morton and I'm in my 28th year of teaching and my 17th year at Edmond Santa Fe. I am in my 6th year as the head women's golf coach!

In my years here, I have also coached Baseball (assistant), Boys Basketball (JV coach/varsity assistant), and Girls Basketball (8 years assistant coach). I have been blessed to work with some talented teams and have been a part of 1 State Runner-up in Baseball (2009), 1 State Runner-up in Girls Basketball, and 2 State Championships in Girls Basketball (2011 & 2012). 

I love what I do at Santa Fe and bleed "green and gray." I have 2 children... my son, Joel, is a Santa Fe graduate (2022) and attends the University of Oklahoma and marches in the Univ. of Oklahoma Pride. My daughter, Lindsay, graduated from Santa Fe last year (2024) and is also attending OU and marching with her brother in the OU Pride.

I'm married to the love of my life, Katrina, who is my best friend and keeps me laughing. We both met at Oklahoma Christian (OC) in college and have been married almost 5 years!
