Edmond Santa Fe's annual Heather Harkness Invitational begins at 8:30 a.m. Friday and features some of the area's top teams.

And it kicks off with a huge matchup between Class 5A No. 1 McGuinness and Class 5A No. 2 Mount St. Mary.

McGuinness has won 13 straight matches, while Mount St. Mary has won six.

Deer Creek. Santa Fe, Edmond North, Edmond Memorial, Southmoore and Tulsa Union are also in the tournament.

Harkness was a member of the varsity girls' volleyball team who died during surgery on Sept. 9, 2008.
