McBride Orthopedic Hospital is sponsoring and hosting the ALL-SPORTS PHYSICALS day at Edmond Santa Fe High School on May 17th at 6:00 pm in the Main Gym Lobby.

Cost is $20 and you can get your physical forms on the main page of the website! (check the link)
